Registration fees are as follows:
Parents can print forms and mail required documents and payments to our PO Box:

April 13 - May 4 - May 18 - June 15
9am - 12 noon at Langford Park
Incomplete paperwork
will not be accepted.
Parents need to turn in the following paperwork for each child:
- Pop Warner Parental Consent
- Pop Warner Physical Form (due 7/1)
- JBFC Adult Code of Conduct
- Copy of child's birth certificate
- A current utility bill
- 2 x 2 photo of child
- A copy of parent's driver's license
or other state issued identification
(**new requirement this year)
- 4 copies of child's final report card
(due 7/1)
There will be a $25 discount per child for registrations received on or before April 13th
***In order to get the discount,
ALL paperwork and fees must be
submitted on or before April 13th***
In person/mail sign up fees:
$200 for football/$175 for cheer.
Online Sign up fees:
$225 for football/$200 for cheer
